Nehemiah Homeownership Success Story
147 families earning less than $55,000 annually become homeowners at Dupont Commons - an award-winning joint project of WIN,
Enterprise Homes and the Fort Dupont Residents Council. Funding was provided by major religious denominations (Catholic,
Episcopal, Lutheran and Methodist), the DC Dept. of Housing and Community Development, the DC Housing Authority, the US Treasury,
the Federal Home Loan Bank of Atlanta, PNC Bank (formerly Riggs Bank), and Fannie Mae.

phone 347-5562. To sign-up for the phone bank, leaders should organize a team of 5-10 volunteers to work the 5-7 PM or 7-9
